Our Corporate Division advised our client, Cocina de Vuelos in a very interesting project, to expand its premises. Cocina de Vuelos is part of Goddard Catering Group, leading provider of Airline, Industrial and Event catering and operator of Airport Terminal Concessions and Restaurants in the Caribbean and Latin America. The expansion contemplated the construction of a building adjacent to the current premises, which are very close to El Salvador´s International Airport. Our advice consisted in the negotiations and legal paperwork with a very important construction firm in charge of the project.
