Marcela is part of the Firm since 2003. She became Partner of Romero Pineda & Asociados in 2007 and leads the Intelectual Property Division, responsible for managing the largest brand portfolio of clients from a variety of industries.

Among her most important activities are: legal counsel to local and foreign clients, distinctive signs registrability, legal advice to overcome obstacles issued by the intelectual property registry, management and administration of the brand portfolio and client's files.
