reminds you that pursuant
to Legislative Decree No. 208 dated December 20, 2012, June 17 of every year was
declared as a paid holiday leave, applicable to the workers of the
public and private sectors in order to commemorate "Father's Day".
In this regard, employees
working on June 17 must be paid an extraordinary wage composed of regular wage
plus an extra charge of 100%. of the same. Also, if they work overtime or work a night shift, the
calculation for the payment of extra charges will be based on the aforementioned
extraordinary salary.
